Sollen Arbeiten in Workshopgruppen vollständig erfasst werden, empfehle ich mehrere Recorder und stelle gerne ein passendes Team zusammen.

Graphic Recording ist in erster Linie eine anspruchsvolle Konzentrationsarbeit, die sich am Besten entfaltet, wenn einem einzelnen Sprecher ohne Unterbrechungen und Ablenkungen zugehört werden kann.

Für ein perfektes Setup braucht man:

• parallel workshops ( how many? How long? )

If each workshop group needs to be documented in its entity, I can provide a team of additional recorders.

Graphic Recording is a skill with high level of concentration and flourishes in an environment with few interruptions.

Briefing

Ein Briefing vor der Veranstaltung sollte auf jeden Fall stattfinden.
Eine grobe Vorstellung der Themen ( Agenda! ) ist für mich ausreichend – bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass ich keine umfangreichen PowerPoints, Filme, etc im Vorfeld durcharbeiten kann.

Kosten

Richten sich nach Art der Veranstaltung und auch des Veranstalters.

Der Preis eines Graphic Rcordings setzt sich nicht aus der Anzahl der Stunden zusammen, die vor Ort gezeichnet wird, sondern aus den folgenden Bestandteilen:

–  Vorbereitung  – Durchführung  – Nutzungsrechte.

Graphic Recorder berechnen im Allgemeinen Tagessätze oder verminderte Tagessätze, keine Stundensätze.
Eine grobe Orientierung bietet das offizielle Honorarwerk der Illustratoren Organisation.
Dort wird ( 2018 ) für ein Graphic Recording eine Spanne von 900.- bis 2.500.-€/ Tagessatz zzgl Mwst angegeben, abhängig vom Gesamtumfang aller Leistungen.
Dazu kommen evtl noch Posten wie Nachbereitung, Reisekosten und Material.

Costs

It depends on the nature of the event and on the event organizer.

The price of a graphic recording is not made up of the number of hours spent drawing on site, but of the following components:

– preparation –  execution – rights of use

Graphic Recorders charge daily rates or reduced daily rates, not hourly rates. The Illustrators Organisation’s official scale of fees provides a rough guide.
It gives a range of €900 to €2,500 per day plus VAT for a Graphic Recording ( 2018 ), depending on the total scope of all services.There may also be additional charges for follow-up work, travel and materials.
